Numera is a product of EVALIX LLC. These product terms apply together with the EVALIX Terms of Service and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. If they conflict, these Numera terms apply to Numera.
Numera is software that calculates numerology charts using the Pythagorean, Chaldean and Kabbalistic systems and writes reports from them. Reports are interpretive. They are written for reflection and for use by practitioners, and are not predictions or medical, psychological, financial or legal advice.
You must be 18 or older. Practitioners may brand reports and give them to their own clients. You are responsible for what you tell your clients.
If you enter another person's details, for example for a compatibility report, you confirm you have a legitimate reason to do so and will remove them if that person asks.
Subscriptions, single reports and report packs bought in the app are billed by Apple or Google. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; we cannot cancel them for you. Refunds for in-app purchases follow section 7 of the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Report packs do not expire while your account is open and Numera is offered.
If you downloaded Numera from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
